A budget-friendly stay with all the essentials! We appreciated the powerful shower and cleanliness of the small but functional room. The staff was helpful, and the AC worked wonders in the Singapore heat. Proximity to local eateries made dining easy, yet the surrounding area felt a bit lively at night.

Its located nearby red line area. If you want, its easy access to go there. And shower water pressure is ok,, bit powerful.

I can see ants everyday in my room. And wireless internet fee was bit unresonable. 2hrs:5sgd, 10hrs:10sgd, 24hrs:18sgd. If you wanna use internet in the room, should be stay another hotel.

Cheap but in good value. Location is good. Cheap food around.

the staffs didn't speak "good" English (they speak Singlish as well)

Positive, The room was excellent, very clean, and well organized. The location was awesome, just a few minutes from the city center. The super nice team and polite, always ready to assist. Highly recommend this spot 🌟

A wide array of local food, we truly enjoyed it. It was in a central location, close to town centre.

This was not a stay of choice just a fligt stopover. With that in mind, the hotel was well located not too far trom the airport and Geylang is ideal for local restaurants with a good variety of cheap eating options while soaking up the street atmosphere.

Given the hotel rate I don'texpect a 5 star hotel but the room could have been a bit more thoroughly cleaned...hairs around the room and discarded shampoo sachets in the bathrom.

The beds provided were so comfortable , and our room was clean with a powerful shower. Plus, the helpful staff always kept us delighted.

The stay was enjoyable, especially with the powerful shower. We appreciated the location, with public transport options just a short walk away. The hotel was clean, and the facilities were basic but met our family's needs. Despite some noise from adjacent rooms, we found it fairly manageable.

the cleanliness of room and the size of toilet.. quite big and comfortable..

the location i guess.. quite dangerous as in on the way back especially at night..

The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating to my questions with regards to where to go and what bus to take since we have been using the mrt most of the time.. i forgot a souvenir picture which must have slipped under the bed. i asked a friend to call fragrance hotel-crystal and they were able to locate the picture and was given to my friend... i am that even when i am no longer in singapore i know that i can still reach fragrance hotel crystal if i need anything..

The bed was too hard but maybe it's just me... But overall we had a great time in the room...

The rooms were updated, soundproof, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was set in a central area next to bus 3.80 $ or taxi 10 to 17 $, a $ 10 ride in a taxi to central Singapore, and many shops, restaurants, and Hala restaurants. It also was near to mrt station.

cheap place to sleep without dust and cockroaches.

too little window, and it's all dirty. lamps ran off. we didn't ask to replace them because we didn't want anyone to enter. but anyway the light from the window in the morning when we were getting dressed was too dim.

Powerful shower experience

By and large, it was useful base for sightseeing in Singapore, had much fun and met really helpful and very hospitable staff at reception desk. Near a bus stop, the location was absolutely perfect and nice, close to bus stops...

Unbelievably, you have to request hotel slippers!!! Who travels with those? Plus, the room had a bit of an unpleasant odor initially. A little air circulation before check-in could enhance the experience!!!
